On this page you can find photos submitted by users from the start in 2012 till the shutdown in 2023. If possible, the species are identified by the kerbtier.de ID team. Sometimes determination by photo only is impossible, in this case a hint on family and genus and potential species will be given.

Request: Hallo, liebes Käferteam, ich hatte zuerst an einen Oedemera monticola gedacht wegen der sehr dünnen Schenkel und der Größe von ca. 8-9 mm, aber die Meereshöhe von ca. 170 m des Fundorts (auf den Streuobstwiesen im Norden von Gernsbach) passt nicht dazu, also sollte es doch ein Oedemera lurida sein und ich habe mich bei der Größe verschätzt, 09.07.2019. Request: Hallo Käferteam,
als ich diesen Käfer am 10. Juli 2019 fand, dachte ich noch es sei ein alter Bekannter. Als sich das als Irrtum heraus gestellt hat, dachte ich 'der ist schnell bestimmt'. Auch das war ein Irrtum. Familie sollte Cerambycidae sein. Größe ~ 20 mm. Aber Ihr wißt sicherlich schnell was ich da vor der Linse hatte.
